She's passionate about helping people be more creative by inspiring them to think differently. She's big on innovation for a reason and ensuring it delivers commercial value for the business. She is the most inspiring, energising and engaging facilitator you've ever met. She'll unleash your creative beast and turn you into an 'ideas' superstar. She's got a simple bunch of tools and techniques that make innovation easy and accessible to anyone at any level. She guarantees these tools will help you have better ideas. Some of her clients include Nab, Masterfoods, Foxtel, Tabcorp, IAG, Ernst and Young, ABN AMRO, Telstra, Optus, Westpac, Heinz and Golden Circle. She's a marketing manager by trade and spent her early days in the technology industry. She made it her mission to conquer sales so she could be a better marketer. Her grounding in innovation comes from What IF - The Innovation Company where she worked until they decided to exit the Australian market. With a passion for her clients and doing great work, she wanted to keep the momentum alive and hence set up RAW. In her spare time she runs a touch football comp, plays loads of sport including hockey, soccer and golf. She coaches little kids, referees a lot and is a mean drummer. She's an only child but don't hold that against her because she's a country girl at heart, born in Armidale NSW. Prior to her move into innovation, she was the Marketing Manager at Boral and Carter Holt Harvey so understand big male conglomerates and dealing with private equity. More recently she's been locked inside a large FMCG business dedicated to New Product Developement and Cost Reduction for some highly competitive portfolios. She's passionate about people and getting results and has 2 lovely children and a wonderful husband that keep her in check and not working too hard. lisa@rawinnovation.com.au | Paul Harnisch Analytical Geek Paul is the king of analysis. Innovation - how can we harness the power of ideas on real life high priority organisational issues without changing our entire culture to do it? In his previous life Paul was the GM of Business Improvement and Innovation at Coca-Cola Amatil. Prior to that he was a Consultant at Bach Consulting working on Top 150 organisations. He has an MBA and formal qualifications in Marketing and enjoys designing business planning processes that suit individual organisational cultures in his spare time. He's passionate about building business cases that inspire follow-through and performance systems that deliver on time, in full and within budget. He's still FUN and balances this team well! paul@rawinnovation.com.au Kara Rodden Freelance Facilitator .  Kara has 9 years brand and marketing experience. For the last few years she has pursued her real passion, innovation. Kara, previously of ?What If! The Innovation Company, worked with a variety of clients across a myriad of industries including telecommunications, beverages, dairy products and devices in South Korea. In a previous life, Kara worked in the innovation team at Foster’s for almost 3 years. She was responsible for developing new products and innovative brand initiatives for Spirits, Cider and Non-Alcohol. Prior to that Kara had a number of marketing experiences with multi-national organisations. She spent nearly 3 years brand managing petfood brands such as Pedigree Puppy, Whiskas Kitten, Dine and Kitekat at Masterfoods Australia. Following that, she worked in the insights team for Masterfoods Europe, focusing on Dolmio. And after ‘jumping the fence’ she did a year at Irish International BBDO Dublin working as a strat planner on the Budweiser account for Diageo.
