Bianca is the founder of RAW! She's passionate about driving a culture of innovation in organisations to ultimately deliver commercial value back to the business. She is the most inspirational, engaging and energising facilitator you'll ever meet.

She'll unleash your innovation beast and turn you into an 'innovation' superstar. She's got a simple bunch of tools and techniques that make innovation easy and accessible to anyone at any level. These tools will help your business grow.

Some of her clients include Nab, Mars, Foxtel, Tabcorp, IAG, Ernst and Young, ABN AMRO, Telstra, Optus, Westpac, Campbell Arnotts, Fairfax Digital, Heinz and Golden Circle. She's a marketing manager by trade and spent her early days in the technology industry. She made it her mission to conquer sales so she could be a better marketer. Her grounding in innovation comes from What IF - The Innovation Company where she worked until they shut-down in Australia.

In her spare time she runs a touch football comp, plays loads of sport including hockey, soccer and golf. She coaches little kids, referees a lot and is a mean drummer. Sandy is our Digital Innovation Expert. He has dedicated the past 15 years to delivering online experiences for clients like the Commonwealth Bank, Lexus, Virgin Money, Coca Cola, Proctor and Gamble, Smiggle and Loreal. He's currently the Managing Director of The White Agency, one of Australia's largest full-service digital agencies. He provides support, advice, analysis and ideas for Raw and their clients in the digital innovation space. Paul is the king of analysis which allows him to come up with game changing strategies for all sorts of businesses. His core focus is:

In his previous life Paul was the GM of Business Improvement and Innovation at Coca-Cola Amatil. Prior to that he was a Consultant at Bach Consulting working on Top 150 organisations. He has an MBA and formal qualifications in Marketing and enjoys designing business planning processes that suit individual organisational cultures. He's passionate about building business plans that inspire follow-through and performance systems that deliver on time, in full and within budget. He's still FUN and balances BJ well!

Rick Masterson
Innovation Trainer
Rick (aka Risky-Rick due to his extensive experience in Risk Management) lives and breathes the ‘glass half full’ mantra, his blood type is even B Positive!. Rick was spotted by Raw Innovation when he was driving innovation forward in a heavily regulated, hierarchical and conservative environment - Local Government. He successfully morphs between being an inspirational facilitator of ideas with critical thinking ability. Both so important when implementing innovation.

Rick is a natural giver of energy and inspiration and is supported by studies in Commerce and HRM.

Rick married a marketing professional who works for BHP Billiton. When he’s not inspiring those around him, Rick is hot-on-the-heels of his lovable daughters. Of course, the odd surfing trip away helps him remain balanced and the occasional triathlon is a handy way to put a dent in his unconquerable energy. Throughout his successful career he's had the pleasure of living in the beautiful Margaret River Wine Region, McLaren Vale Wine Region and now the Hunter Valley Wine Region……no wonder his glass is ‘half full’!
