Raw SHOTS - Short Hits of Training These are 1hr sessions that can be run in a lunch hour where people can come, learn and head straight back to work and implement what they've learnt. Topics include what is innovation, how can I be more innovative with my team, generating ideas, capturing ideas and filtering/categorising ideas. Courses: We run courses for people who want to develop a deeper understanding of innovation and embed the critical skills required to build innovation capability in organisations.
NB: We do half day, 1 day, 2 day and 3 day innovation training courses depending on the level you want to embed the skills and tools in to the participants and the organisation. Workshops: We run workshops to inspire people to think differently, come up with new ideas and ultimately get them to believe they too can be amazingly creative! They walk away with a tool kit for creative thinking, completely engaged and empowered to do it for themselves on any project. Online Learning - "BOTTLE IT" We've developed a range of content that you can whack up on your internal system and download it whenever you need it! People used to say to us..."If we could bottle you BJ we would" and now we have. Each module is between 30seconds and 2min long. You can buy the bits you want and pay as you go. Project-based Learning We're big fans of learning on the job. What better way to learn from the experts than to have us there by your side coaching and supporting your innovation growth.
